Delayed settlement on the GBP to GHS corridor

A partner bank in Accra queued inbound settlements for roughly 90 minutes. All affected payouts settled the same day and no funds were at risk. We have added a second settlement partner on this corridor.

Elevated webhook retry rate

A configuration change increased delivery latency for roughly 4% of webhook events. No events were lost and all were delivered within the retry window.

Dashboard login failures

An expired certificate on our identity provider prevented new sign-ins. API traffic was unaffected throughout. Certificate rotation is now automated with alerting 30 days ahead of expiry.
