You will design interfaces where a misread number costs somebody money. That constraint rules out a lot of fashionable design, and makes clarity the whole job.
What you will do
- Design end to end flows across payouts, treasury and onboarding
- Own and extend the design system, including how financial data is displayed
- Test designs with real finance and operations people, not just internally
- Work directly in the codebase where it helps you move faster
What we are looking for
- Four or more years designing complex software, ideally financial or operational tools
- A portfolio showing dense data displayed clearly, not just marketing pages
- Fluent with accessibility requirements and able to meet them without being asked
- Comfortable defending a decision and equally comfortable dropping it
